- Intersection improvements of Paskenta-Luther Roads, road widening and reconstruction along Luther from Airport Blvd. to intersection with Paskenta and from Live Oak to Reeds Creek Bridge, including storm drain improvements (detention pond). Local utility relocation including 60 KV PG&E lines. Paskenta Road (turn pockets) will increase in width 24 feet for 1000 feet and Luther Road one 12 foot turning lane for approximately 700 feet.
