Intersection improvements of Paskenta-Luther Roads, road widening and reconstruction along Luther from Airport Blvd. to intersection with Paskenta and from Live Oak to Reeds Creek Bridge, including storm drain improvements (detention pond). Local utility relocation including 60 KV PG&E lines. Paskenta Road (turn pockets) will increase in width 24' for 1000' and Luther Road one 12' turning lane for approximately 700'.
Minimal Right of way take is required from adjacent land owners and City of Red Bluff.
