The project is a Port Master Plan Amendment and boundary map modification for the inclusion of the National Distribution Center, which is a 22.14-acre property located at 1000-1022 Bay Marina Drive (formerly known as West 24th Street), National City, California. The project would also amend the current City of National City zoning from Medium Manufacturing/ Coastal Zone to the Port's land use designation as Marine Related Industrial. The project would make the National Distribution Center's land use designation consistent with nearby Port Property and Port Trust purposes found within the National City Bayfront Planning District of the Port Master Plan.
