The proposed project is a Port Master Plan Amendment that would alter the site's land use designation to the Port's Marine Related Industrial land use classification. The project would not result in any physical change to the site, as the site is fully developed. Therfore, the project would not result in any significant, adverse environmental impacts on environmental resources of the human population.
