Description: The proposed project includes the construction of a 200,000 square foot office building behind City Hall. The Proposed Project consists of four main components: (1) relocation of the Sacramento International Youth Hostel from its current locations at the southeast corner of 9th and H Streets to the northwest corner of 10th and H Street, (2) demolition of the City Hall Annex/Firehouse, Prom and Richardson Buildings, (3) construction of a multi-level office building on the Half-block behind City Hall, and (4) the seismic retrofit and exterior repair of City Hall.
