The project would relocate the American Youth Hostel Mansion, demolish the 1930 City Hall Annex, construct a new multi-story administration office building (150,000 square feet) directly north of City Hall to house city employees (620 employees), new city council chamber, and 380 parking spaces. May also include demolition of converted fire station, renovation of City Hall, and/or health and child care opportunities.
