Description

The project will subdivide a 9.80 acre site into four new parcels with net acreages of 303,673 ft sq, 45,359 ft sq, and 48,589 ft sq.Modification to an approved Site Plan for a proposed McDonald's fast food restaurant on Pad "B: of the Alpine Village Shopping Center. The project consists of a drive through restaurant of 3,510 square feet, associated hardscape, and landscaping. No parking spaces are proposed because they were developed as part of the Alpine Village Shopping Center, which has an agreement to share parking that was granted as part of Site Plan 99-047W2. There are no physical improvements required on or offsite for roads, sewer, or water.
