The project consists of a drive through restaurant of 3,510 square feet, associated hardscape, and landscaping. No parking spaces are proposed because they were developed as part of the Alpine Village Shopping Center, which has an agreement to share parking that was granted as part of Site Plan 99-047W2. There are no physical improvements required on or offsite for roads, sewer, or water.
