The operator proposes to enhance efficient operations of the airport and to accommodate an increase in aviation activity including improvements to runways and taxiways, apron areas, navigation aids, and service roads at the 20302 Skywest Drive in the City of Hayward. The California Deparetment of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-0819-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Robert Bauman / City of Hayward.
