Description: Redevelop a marine terminal of up to 315 acres by consolidating the existing International Transportation (ITS) and Sea Land terminals located on Piers G and J and several surrounding parcels of land. Redevelopment would occur in four phases over an 11-year period and would include construction of approximately 53 acres of landfill, a concrete wharf, an on-dock intermodal railyard, buildings, a gate, and pacing, lighting, and utilities as necessary.
