Description

The proposed project consists of the redevelopment of an 8.53 +/- acre commercial site in the C-2 Zone. The applicant is requesting approval of a development agreement including the following: (1) a precise plan for the demolition of the existing commercial buildings occupying the site and the construction of a commercial shopping center totaling up to 118,000 +/- square feet in area, (2) a conditional use permit for the operation of a 38,000 +/- square foot health club, and (3) a lot line adjustment to consolidate the multiple parcels into one lot. A reduced copy of the preliminary site plan is attached for your reference.
