The proposed project consists of the redevelopment of an 8.53+- acre commercial site in the C-2 Zone. The applicant is requesting approval of a development agreement including the following 1) a precise plan for the demolition of the existing commercial buildings occupying the site and the construction of a commercial shopping center totaling up to 118,000+- square feet in area, 2) a conditional use permit for the operation of a 38,000+- square foot health club and 3) a lot line adjustment to consolidate the multiple parcels into one lot. A reduced copy of the preliminary site plan is attached for your reference.
