The mortuary is proposed to be constructed in the southern portion of the site, which is zoned RE-:MX. 2. Ordinance for Zone Change 99RZ-036 to rezone 8.1 acres of the 121.1+ acre site from RE-2:MX and RE-5:MX to O (Open Space) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
