Title: Application to Appropriate Water No. 29740
Description: Application 29740 seeks to divert a total of 30 acre feet of water per annum from an unnamed stream tributary to Montgomery Creek, tributary to Dry Creek, and from an unnamed stream tributary to Napa River, for storage within two 15 acre-foot onstream reservoirs. Point of diversion #1 (POD#1) will be constructed to collect flow from the Montgomery Creek drainage, creating Reservoir No. 1. Reservoir No. 1 will also operate as a point of rediversion to augment fill of proposed Reservoir No. 2, to be constructed on the upper reach of the unnamed stream tributary to Dry Creek.
