Description: Construction of a three-level 87, 645 GSF Learning Resource Center on the campus of Southwestern College located in the City of Chula Vista, California. The three-level building will contain space for an integrated Learning Resource Center including library, Multi Media Distance Learning and tutorial program and related services. The proposed project will be constructed on a paved area of the campus that is currently being utilized for faculty and student parking.
