Document Description
Construction of a three-level 87, 645 GSF Learning Resource Center on the existing College campus. The three-level building will contain space for an integrated Learning Resource Center including library, Multi Media Distance Learning and tutorial program and services. The proposed project will be constructed on a paved area of the campus that is currently being utilized for faculty and student parking. As a result, approximately 100 to 150 parking spaces will be relocated to existing overflow parking areas on the campus, located outside the perimeter ring road.
