Description

CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 (SAA # 5-286-99) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Kellene M. Burn-Lucht, Joint Powers Authority. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed to improve existing pipeline structures within the San Elijo Effluent Pipeline as well as the Escondido Regulator Structure, impacting 0.012 acre of stream temporarily. The 0.012 acre of impact is to southern willow scrub habitat, and this area is to be revegetated with native vegetation. The project is located in the City of Encinitas in San Diego County.
