Document Description
Replacement of a portion of the existing San Elijo Outfall Pipe, construction of an emergency/maintenance bypass pipeline around the Escondido Regulator Structure, replacement of the existing duct bank and construction of a drainage pipeline from the Escondido Regulator structure to an existing treatment plant drainage pipe. The purpose of this project is to both replace degraded facilities as well as to allow for emergency and maintenance access to the existing reguator structure.
