Description: The applicant proposes to alter the streambed to improve and widen the portion of Imperial Highway that is located within the city boundary, impacting 0.238 acre of stream (cattails, willow riparian and exotic species). All impacts are permanent. Mitigation for the project includes the creation/restoration of 0.25 acre of riparian habitat within the City's East Side Sports Park.
