- The Atherton Ranch project proposes development of 45 single-family detacted homes (including the existing Atherton House), 34 single-family "cluster" homes, 16 single-family "creekside" homes, 23 townhomes, 40 affordable senior apartments, and 70,550 square feet of office and retail space. The project also includes approximately 20 acres of private open space, relocation of the historic Atherton House, a private park between the commercial area and the townhomes, and space within the commercial area for a daycare center.
