Document Description
The Atherton Ranch project proposes development of 162 homes including 40 affordable senior apartments, 23 townhomes, 55 single-family "cluster" homes, 43 single-family homes, and preservation of the existing historic Atherton House as a single-family home. In addition, the project proposes development of 70,550 square feet of commercial area which would consist of professional offices and retail businesses.
