Title: East Pasadena Specific Plan
Description: The proposed project is the adoption of the East Pasadena Specific Plan, an implementation tool of the Land Use Element of the City's Comprehensive General Plan. The Land Use Element identified the East Pasadena planning area as one of seven target areas designated to implement particular land use strategies through the adoption of a specific plan. These strategies include the concentration of the majority of future growth potential permitted by the General Plan within these specific plan areas. The Specific Plan describes the desired land uses and future development in three sub-areas.
