Document Description
The East Pasadena Specific Plan area is located within the City of Pasadena, in the eastern area of the City. The City of Pasadena is located in Los Angeles County within the western San Gabriel Valley, approximately 10 miles northeast of downtown Los Angeles. The approximately 260 acre Specific Plan area is located in eastern Pasadena. The area serves as an entrance gateway to Pasadena from the east along the Foothill (I-210) Freeway, Foothill.
