The applicant proposes to alter the stream to perform a seismic retrofit of the Garnet Avenue Bridge over Rose Creek Canyon to comply with current earthquake standards. The project includes the construction of two Cast-In-Drill-Hole piles, transverse shear keys, and longitudianl bumpers.
