CDFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the City of San Diego. The applicant proposes to alter the stream to perform a seismic retrofit of the Garnet Avenue Bridge over Rose Creek Canyon to comply with current earthquake standards. The project includes the construction of two Cast-In-Drill-Hole piles, transverse shear keys, and longitudianl bumpers.
