Description

The project consists of the acquisition and demolition of the vacant, former Montgomery Ward Building, a complex of three eight story towers with additions, and the construction of an approximately 63,000 square foot elementary school with approximately 27 classrooms and ancillary uses. The proposed school will serve approximately 600 students.
