Description: The project is a 25 lot subdivision of 61.5 gross acres (37-acre development with a 24 acre remainder parcel) to be developed in 2 units with individual lots ranging from 1.0 to 3.3 acres in size. Biological resources are placed in open space easements. An existing residence will remain on the remainder parcel along with proposed open space.
