Document Description
The project is a 25 lot subdivision of 61.5 gross acres (37-acre development with a 24 acre remainder parcel) to be developed in 2 units with individual lots ranging from 1.0 to 3.3 acres in size. Biological resources are placed in open space easements. An existing residence will remain on the remainder parcel along with proposed open space. The project would involve construction of two private access roads, one each to Units 1 and 2, off of Otto Avenue. Sewage disposal will be accomplished using individual septic systems.
