- Description
- This project involves revisions to the 2003 Humboldt County Housing Element, a required Element of the General Plan. The Element is not currently certified to be in full compliance with State law by the State Housing and Community Development Department (HCD). The proposed revisions will address HCD's concerns to receive that cerfication so the County can be more competitive in applications for State and federal grant programs.
