- California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA# 1600-2004-0440-R5) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Glendale. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed by placing a 40 foot cast in place concrete arch over the stream for a roadway on fill limited by retaining walls. The roadway will extend the existing Somerset road to serve a nine lot subdivision. The proposed project will permanently impact 0.04 acres of streambed. The temporary impacts will result in an addition 0.02 acres of disturbance. The project is located in the City of Glendale in Los Angeles County.
