Document Description
The CDFG has issued an Agreement Regarding Proposed Stream Alteration (SAA #5-141-99) ("agreement") to the City of Glendale ("applicant") in conjunction with the applicant's proposal to alter the above mentioned streambed to construct Somerset bridge over an unnamed stream as part of a 9-lot hillside residential subdivision. The project will impact less than 0.01 acre of the streambed and associated riparian habitat as a result of drilling the holes for the cassions and removing dirt and the puring of the concrete for the cast-in-place grade beam. All the drilling and pouring is being done by crane mounted equipment. No heavy equipment will be operated in the stream. No additional impacts will occur to the stream or its riparian habitat.
