The California Department of General Services, in conjunction with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) plans to demolish and reconstruct the existing CDFA Blythe Border Protection Station with an updated facility that is sufficiently sized and equipped to accommodate necessary CDFA inspection operations, required quarantine enforcement, and other border safety/protection activities.
