Document Description
The Project will subdivide an approximate 178-acre site into two parcels and construct two eCommerce warehouse buildings and associated on-site and off-site improvements. The proposed buildings will be approximately 1,507,326 sq ft and 1,097,120 sq ft, respectively. The Project includes a General Plan Amendment to the adopted Circulation Element Map to re-align Apple Valley Road and reclassify Norco Street. The project also requests a Tentative Parcel Map and a Development Permit. The Project will construct Falchion Road, Norco Street, and Apple Valley Road adjacent to the site and re-align the 1-15 Outer/Frontage Road along the project site's easterly perimeter.
