Document Description
The Final EIR addresses the potential physical environmental effects of construction of two eCommerce warehouse buildings and associated improvements on approximately 178 acres of land. Building 1 would be approximately 1,507,326 square feet while Building 2 would be approximately 1,097,120 square feet. The Project's associated site improvements would include truck and vehicle parking, landSCc1ping and stormwater filtration systems. The Project would include off-site improvements to the local circulation system, including construction of Falchion Road along the project site, re-alignment of the 1-15 Outer/Frontage Road, construction of Norco Street along the project site, re-alignment/construction of Apple Valley Road along the project site's east perimeter and associated curbs, gutters and sidewalks. Norco Street is proposed to be re-classified from a "Major Roadway" to a "Collector". The Norco reclassification and Apple Valley Road realignment require a General Plan Amendment to the adopted Circulation Element Map. These would be public roads once constructed.
