No new construction is currently proposed. The proposed project operates within specific time periods, with Tobias Farms’ normal business hours set from 7 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday, and from 7 am to noon on Saturdays. During the packing season from approximately August to December, the workforce is expected to increase to 15-25 employees sourced through a Labor Contractor, who will be transported to the location in vans accommodating 4-6 individuals per van.
