Document Description
Request for a Minor Modification P22-00106-MM to modify the existing 3.0 million-gallon per year Mondavi Winery previously approved under Use Permit #U-68283 and subsequent use permit modifications to allow a redesign the existing and facilities to increase floor area from 189,629 sf to 225,143 sf (an increase of 35,514 sf). The request also includes an exception to the Napa County Road and Street Standards, discussed below. There will be no modification to the existing production capacity, employees, number of visitors, marketing events, or hours of operation. The proposed building square footage is an increase of approximately 18.7%. This is below the 25% increase threshold established under 18.124.130(5) which qualifies this project as Minor Modification to an existing winery.
