This emergency project involves minor slope repair(RSP), drainage repairs, and erosion control due to a natural disaster which included heavy rainfall and storms. Projects undertaken, carried out, or approved by a public agency to repair or restore an existing highway damaged by fire, flood, storm, earthquake, land subsidence, gradual earth movement, or landslide are statutorily exempt. Based on Caltrans technical studies performed, there are no significant environmental impacts.
