Document Description
The project includes the demolition of a 300-square-foot restroom and the rebuilding of a 200-square-foot restroom in its place. It also includes construction of a play structure, several park benches, picnic tables, signage, and associated landscaping. In addition, all walking paths (up to 0.25 miles) will be repaved to meet ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements, repairs of the storm drainage system, and up to 30,000 square feet of the parking lot will be restriped and resealed. A portable police substation will be moved east from the south side of the park to the adjacent boat launch facility. Lastly, The project will include the installation of electric vehicle chargers.
