Document Description
Two proposed A-Type 3 "Medium Outdoor" commercial cannabis cultivation operation at 12905 Bottle Rock Road, Cobb, (APN 011-065-32) and one A-Type Self-Distribution License. The proposed cultivation operation will be composed of 87,120 sq. ft. commercial cannabis canopy area, two 100 sq. ft. fertilizer and pesticide storage sheds, three 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, a 5,000-gallon fiberglass or steel water storage tank dedicated to fire suppression, four employee parking spaces, one ADA parking space, three portable restroom units with washing stations, one ADA compliant portable restroom unit with washing station, six-foot perimeter fencing, security cameras, and the use of an existing on-site well. The Project Site represents approximately 3.5 acres of the total 42.33 acres of the property.
