Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of a 643,419 square feet (sf) warehouse facility ("high-cube" logistics), consisting of a 10,000 sf office mezzanine, 87 dock doors, 3 at-grade loading doors, 174 parking spaces, 227 trailer parking spaces, landscaping, and off street improvements on approximately 34.53 acres. As part of this project, the applicant proposes to extend a rail spur track that extends from the existing rail track north to the project site to have access from the adjacent BNSF/Southern California Authority (SCRRA) Metrolink railway adjacent to the project site to the south. The proposed spur includes storage for 4 rail cars, siding track to allow for switching operations, and would be consistent with BNSF/SCRRA design standards.
