The Initial Study has been prepared to identify and assess the anticipated environmental impacts of the County Service Area (CSA) 70J Reservoir 3A Expansion Project. The purpose of the Project is to expand the CSA 70 J, Reservoir 3A facility to increase potable water capacity and service to local residents.
