Document Description
The purpose of this project is to complete a transfer of 1.12 acres of land (with buildings) adjacent to Point Sur State Historic Park to add the historically significant Terminal Building to the park for future visitor interpretation and education programs and to complete the stand-alone SOSUS station at the park. In exchange, State Parks will transfer 1.12 acres of flat, undeveloped, land immediately adjacent to the Terminal Building parcel. The Navy will retain a utility easement as well as their recently installed electrical switch and transformer.
