Document Description
The applicant is requesting to construct a mini-warehouse facility that will operate seven days a week between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm. The office portion of the project will operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with two employees per shift and a maximum of four employees during shift change.
The Storage Facility will consist of two buildings totaling approximately 90,124 square feet with 577 storage units and an office. Building A is approximately 11,638 square feet and is located on the east side of the project site. Building B is located on the west side of Building A and is approximately 78,486 square feet, totaling 90,124 square feet (please refer to figure 3). The project will have various storage unit sizes being conditioned and other units not being conditioned;
