The California Army National Guard (CA ARNG) proposes to construct temporary and permanent access roads to facilitate repair and maintenance of the High Water Bridge (HWB) located within Camp Roberts. The HWB bent foundations will be repaired, requiring temporary diversion and dewatering of the Nacimiento River. Fire breaks will be created and maintained by trimming vegetation along the bridge.
