Document Description
The Yerba Valley annexation area is located adjacent to the north side of the Lakeside Water District’s boundary and is zoned semi-rural, with no planned changes to parcel usage or zoning. The annexation area totals 80.4 acres and consists of 17 individually-owned parcels with single-family homes. Approximately 700- feet of eight-inch new pipe will be required to connect Lakeside Water District to the Yerba Valley annexation area. The homes are currently served by unreliable groundwater wells that would be used to supplement future outdoor water use.
