The Multiple Sclerosis Walk is a noncompetitive, three (3) mile loop from Liberty Station to the District's Spanish Landing Park West and back. There will be a water station set up near the center of Spanish Landing Park to aid participants at that point in their route. This event has an expected attendance of approximately 1,000 people. This will be a two day event, including set up and break down. The event will occur in spring. Approximately three (3) parking spaces will be occupied at Spanish Landing Park for volunteers of this event who will be staffing the rest stop at Spanish Landing Park. The event starts and ends off of District Tidelands at Liberty Station; parking for the event attendees will be near there. Attendees are encouraged to utilize public transportation, carpools, and ride-sharing services for this event.
