General Plan Update, Downtown Specific Plan and Zoning Code Update. The project proposes a comprehensive update to the General Plan in order to increase housing opportunities and economic development. A specific plan will be prepared on the area designated "Green Means Go" (Downtown, Medical Arts, E Street Corridor and the Ellis Lake area). A zoning code update will also update the zoning code to meet current state requirements.
