Document Description
The City of Los Angeles Bureau of Street Services, proposes safety and mobility improvements along a 2.8-mile stretch of South Broadway and Manchester. Improvements would include a separated 4-mile Class IV cycle track, sidewalk and crossing improvements, park improvements, and pedestrian lighting, street trees, and pedestrian/bicyclist amenities. The purpose of the proposed project is to improve the safety and quality of life for all corridor users in the area, transform the way the community experiences their neighborhood, and reduce health risks the community is currently vulnerable to.
