Enhance and improve 30.7-acre Monrovia High School campus with approx. 1,890 native and low-water-use trees and shrubs. Project will remove portions of turf and integrate rain gardens and bioswales into the landscape to capture stormwater and retrofit irrigation to high efficiency low water use heads. Watershed Interpretive signage and related amenities will be included in sustainable landscape areas.
