Document Description
The applicant, Deluxe Company, LLC, proposes a project to convert an existing two-story industrial building located at 8141 Center Street into an adult-use cannabis cultivation facility, which requires the issuance of an adult-use cannabis business license. The 7,405-square-foot site is located on the southerly side of Center Street, east of Guild Street. The proposed project scope includes an interior remodel, building improvements, accessibility upgrades, site lighting and security. The proposed project will remove non-structural partition walls and install new partition walls and equipment within the existing 8,350-square-foot, two-story building. Parking is available on-site and along the public right-of-way. The project meets the objective standards required to issue the adult-use cannabis business license pursuant to La Mesa Municipal Code Chapter 6.11. Beneficiaries of the project include the property owner and the project applicant.
